We may modify and updated the Child Protection Policy from time to time. The changes will be posted to the Partee Platform with indication of date of latest version. You understand and agree that your continued use of our Service after any posted modification to these Community Guidelines indicates your acceptance of those modifications.

Partee are committed to protecting the safety and well-being of child and continuously evaluates and improves its policies, systems, and practices to uphold the highest standards of child safety. Our platform is strictly accessible for users aged 18 and above, and we maintain a zero‑tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that endangers child.

1. Age Restriction

You must be aged 18 years or older to use Partee. We actively prohibit minors from accessing or using our services. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will take immediate steps to terminate their access. To report a minor using the platform, please contact us at [feedback@partee.live].

2.Prohibited Content Involving Minors

We strictly prohibit any content that involves, targets, or endangers minors. This includes, but is not limited to:

2.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

  • Any depiction, description, or promotion of sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of a minor, whether real, simulated, or AI‑generated, is strictly forbidden.

2.2 Sexualization of Minors

  • Content that sexualizes minors, including suggestive poses, inappropriate focus on body parts, or sexually explicit language directed at minors.

2.3. Harmful Interactions

  • Grooming, sextortion, or any attempt to establish inappropriate contact with minors.

  • Soliciting, sharing, or trading content involving minors for sexual purposes.

2.4. Exploitation and Endangerment

  • Content depicting minors in dangerous, violent, or degrading situations.

  • Content that encourages minors to engage in harmful activities (e.g., dangerous challenges, self‑harm, substance abuse).

  • Content that encourages illegal activities or violence involving minors.

  • Child labor, trafficking, or any form of exploitation.

2.5. Inappropriate Representation

  • “Adultification” of minors, like portraying children with adult‑like roles, relationships, or behaviors.

  • Depicting minors in contexts that are sexually suggestive or age‑inappropriate.

  • AI‑generated or altered content that sexualizes or exploits minors.

2.6.Underage Appearance

  • Minors appearing in live streams, videos, or any other content are strictly prohibited.

  • Creating or managing accounts on behalf of minors is not allowed.

  • Attempts to falsify age to access the platform are prohibited.

2.7.Prohibited Users

  • Individuals convicted of crimes against children, including sexual assault, physical abuse, neglect, or trafficking, are strictly prohibited from using Partee.

3. Reporting Violations

We encourage all users to help protect children by reporting any suspected CSAM or child exploitation content on Partee.

We are committed to full cooperation with law enforcement and child protection agencies to ensure swift and effective action. CSAM violations will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or directly to local law enforcement authorities.

4. Data Handling and Confidentiality

  • All reports and investigations involving CSAM are handled with the strictest confidentiality.

  • Personal data will be shared only with law enforcement and authorized agencies in accordance with applicable laws.

  • To assist in investigations, we may retain relevant data and content as legally required before removal.
