These Community Guidelines apply to all content and behavior shared on the Partee platform, including but not limited to live streams, images, comments and user behavior.
We may modify and updated these Community Guidelines from time to time. The changes will be posted on the Partee Platform with indication of date of latest version. You understand and agree that your continued use of our Service after any posted modification to these Community Guidelines indicates your acceptance of those modifications.
These Community Guidelines reflect our commitment to our values and are continuously improved based on user feedback and reports. All users must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and Partee rules. Failure to do so may result in measures taken against users or content.
To ensure a safe and inclusive environment, we may, at our sole discretion, take appropriate action based on the severity of the violation, including one or more following actions:
-Restricting device access to the platform or traffic limits.
-Limiting account login, communication capabilities, broadcasting capabilities or any features.
-Remove any content that violates these Community Guidelines, including but not limited to video, audio, images, and text.
-Freezing or deducting account wallet balances.
-Immediately suspending the account involved.
-Permanent account bans.
-Report violations to the relevant authorities and cooperate with investigations to safeguard the community.
Users may raise objections to any action taken. Partee reserves the right of final interpretation in accordance with these Community Guidelines and other applicable Partee policies.
1.General Principles
You must adhere to the following principles when using Partee:
1.1 Addictive Substances
Smoking, drinking, intoxication, and alcohol‑related disruptions are strictly prohibited. Driving or engaging in any activity that may compromise safety during live streams is strictly prohibited.
1.2 Harassment and Abusive Behavior
Insults, harassment, and any form of offensive speech or behavior are prohibited. Users must maintain respectful interactions at all times.
1.3 Indecent or Obscene Content
Vulgar performances, music, or visual focus on sensitive areas are not allowed. This includes explicit dance moves and revealing attire.
1.4 Meaningless or Negative Live Streaming
Live streams lacking substance, such as extended idle sessions or meaningless noise, are prohibited. Content should be engaging and meaningful.
1.5 Intellectual Property Violations
Unauthorized sharing of copyrighted material, including live performances or media, is prohibited. Streaming movies or concerts without permission is strictly forbidden.
1.6 Commercial Advertising
Unapproved advertisements or promotions during live streams are prohibited. Any marketing content requires prior approval from Partee.
1.7 Animal Welfare
Content involving animal abuse or harm is strictly prohibited. Streams featuring animals must demonstrate care and respect for their well‑being.
2.The following behaviors and content are strictly prohibited on Partee:
2.1. Hate Speech, Violence, and Public Safety Incidents
a.Content or behavior that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic is not tolerated.
b.We do not tolerate harassment, intimidation, stalking, or bullying. This includes sending abusive or threatening messages; repeatedly contacting someone after being asked to stop; or encouraging others to target or harass a user.
c.Content depicting or promoting violence, self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities is not allowed. We take reports of self-harm seriously and may intervene or notify authorities when necessary.
d.Content supporting or representing terrorist organizations, extremist groups, or hate groups is strictly forbidden.
2.2.Child Protection
a.We have a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual exploitation on Partee. This includes, but is not limited to, any speech or conduct such as sharing child nudity, inciting underage users to commit crimes, or any form of inappropriate interaction with minors.
b.We strictly prohibit any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on the platform, including:
i)Any media depicting sexual acts involving a child (under 18 years old, or such greater age as defined by the user’s local jurisdiction);
ii)Content showing children in sexually explicit poses, or focusing on private areas in a sexualized manner;
iii)Sexually suggestive language or grooming behavior targeting minors;
iv)Sexualization of a minor or content that promotes child exploitation;
v)Sextortion or trafficking of a child.
Upon confirmation of any violation, we will permanently suspend the account. We may also report such content to relevant authorities or take other actions as required by applicable law or deemed appropriate. The Partee Child Protection Policy is incorporated into these Community Guidelines by reference. Please refer to it for complete details on our child protection practices.
2.3.Sexual Content and Exploitation
a.Pornography, nudity, sexual acts, sexually suggestive poses, or any form of sexual content are strictly prohibited.
b.Any form of sexual services, prostitution, or solicitation is strictly forbidden.
c.Content depicting or promoting sexual organs, sexual acts, sexual abuse, sexual assault, or sexual exploitation, particularly child sexual abuse material (CSAM), is prohibited.
d.Text, animations, tattoos, or advertisements with sexually explicit expressions or promotions are not allowed.
e.Content that promotes or encourages harmful sexual behavior, including one-night stands, sexual abuse, non-consensual acts, or bestiality, is strictly forbidden.
f.The unauthorized distribution of pornographic content (e.g., secretly recorded or fabricated material), as well as content that degrades or objectifies others or violates privacy through sexualized portrayal, is prohibited.
g.Excessively revealing attire inappropriate for public settings, and content promoting sexual aids or related products, are not permitted.
h.Obscene or vulgar language, including profanity, explicit text, or adult/pornographic keywords, is prohibited.
2.4. Illegal Activities
a.Gambling, betting, and related promotions are strictly prohibited.
b.Fraud, scams, pyramid schemes, fake job postings, or investment fraud are strictly prohibited.
c.Drug use, drug trafficking, or displaying, promoting, or selling drugs and related prohibited substances is prohibited, including providing instructions on the production, cultivation, or processing of drugs.
c.Content that promotes or facilitates access to the dark web, including instructions for access or illegal transactions conducted via the dark web (such as drug, weapon, or human trafficking), is prohibited.
d.The creation or dissemination of harmful or prohibited AI‑generated content is prohibited.
e.Money laundering, illegal fundraising, and the promotion of deceptive or harmful financial products, investments, or schemes are prohibited.
f.The display, sale, or promotion of weapons or dangerous items, including firearms, regulated weapons, knives, or instructions for their manufacture or modification, is prohibited.
e.Human trafficking, forced labor, and any related activities, including recruitment, transportation, harboring, or facilitation thereof, are strictly prohibited.
2.5.Virtual Items
Diamonds or Coins may not be exchanged for cash or any currency in any kind. Virtual Items cannot be privately purchased or received from, sold to, or exchanged with other Partee users without authorization, nor can they be used to purchase, access or activate goods and services provided by a third party.
2.6. Impersonation and False Identity
a.Impersonating any individual, brand, or organization with intent to deceive or defraud is prohibited. This includes impersonating other users, celebrities, or Partee officials, as well as directing offline money transfers or assisting with unauthorized top‑ups.
b.Do not spam or engage in message manipulation in group chats or other public text areas. Prohibited content includes adult themes, deceptive content, gibberish, harassment, profanity, phishing, gambling, and pornographic links.
c.Cheating, including the manipulation of interactive data such as followers, views, comments, or likes, is strictly prohibited.
